I picked this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and tried to make a reservation in advance. We called on February 10th and 12th—no answer. On February 11th, I sent a DM on Instagram to book a table—no response.

Since i couldn’t reach them in any way, we decided to walk in on February 14th. When we arrived, the server asked if we had a reservation. I said no and explained, “I tried calling and messaging on Instagram, but no one ever responded.”

The server casually replied, “We were fully booked last week. Do you want to be on the waiting list?”

At that point, I was beyond frustrated. How exactly was I supposed to make a reservation if no one even bothers to answer? Being "fully booked" and completely ignoring customers are two completely different things. Even if today was full, what if I wanted to book for another date?

And the most ridiculous part? If you never reply to calls or messages, how do other people even manage to book? Saying you're "fully booked" isn't an excuse when you don’t even respond to customers in the first place. What’s the point of having a phone number and Instagram if you’re just going to ignore people? Terrible...

Went to have dinner with my wife and a friend around 6.30pm

Clearly stated there were 3 of us, given a small table which meant to cater 2 person, and one more chair just added at the side Asked waitress regarding is there any possibilities to join another small table beside, however answer given by her was the restaurant is full, there’s no extra table available

The problem is we clearly stated 3 person going to dine in here, if you have no enough space for 3 of us, we should be informed earlier instead packing us on a small table where we can’t even enjoy the food. And throughout our 2 hour dining in the restaurant, the restaurant is still half empty

Anyway, filled in the customer feedback form before leaving, yet the paper is just being thrown aside like a rough paper 🤷🏻‍♂️ Wonder what’s the point of giving feedback form for customer to review but just...

The Savor KL is a delightful dining spot that blends modern comfort food with premium ingredients in a cozy, contemporary space. From presentation to flavour, every dish is thoughtfully crafted and beautifully plated.

Highly recommend the pasta selections and rice bowls — portions are generous, and the flavours are well-balanced, with just the right touch of creativity. The soft shell crab pasta and wagyu don are particular standouts. They also offer a great range of drinks, from artisan coffee to refreshing mocktails.

The ambiance is modern yet relaxed, perfect for casual meals, work lunches, or weekend hangouts. Service is attentive and friendly, and the staff are happy to make recommendations if you’re unsure what to try.

A hidden gem in KL for those who appreciate good food in a chill, stylish atmosphere. Worth a visit —...
