...for those has ongoin' issue of ccris report not updated in bnm system...you guys can proceed our central bank (bnm) new buildin' located next to a.i.c.b buildin'...and if bnm's personnel advised that they never received any updates from your previouse finances company i:e b.m.w credit that tagged you under insolvency as such due non received e-mails...they will advised to proceed.at a.k.p.k's located at cimb h.q jalan raja laut..and another thing too add for our central monetary entity is not too keen on our consumer rights if you wanna compare with m.a.s!...our monetary entity are more likely concerned our enterprises rights!...plus as a central monetary entity..we shouldn't give the rights for each of malaysians financial records to be rely on 3rd party entity such as c.i.t.o.s that happen to be owned by singaporean that base here...any application should solidly rely on c.c.r.i.s report for applyin' loan from banks and for any financial institutions which's credit facility can't depends on c.i.t.o.s!...this is 'cause if you already fully served your unsecured loans (personal loans & credit cards or overdraft) or secured loan(mortgage & auto loan)..and wanted to reapply new application from any banks in malaysia...they will generated a 3rd party c.i.t.o.s report for futher clarificatiion...and why i know this...it happen to one of my mates recently...previously his name was under insolvency prior of outstandin' with b.m.w credit of amount 130k(payment was made lum sum)...he managed to settle of his outstandin' with b.m.w credit on the last quarter year (2023) before fly off to turkeye & france on month of june 2024 for works purposes...which's happen no red flag tagged under his name when at the airport...so come to month october 2024...he plan to buy a s.u.v for his wife and when auto loan submitted by car seller...stated in the c.c.r.i.s report he's still has outstandin' amount on previous auto loan which"s actually had been fully redeem last quarter of 2023!...the csr dealer advise my mate the outstandin' were from.b.m.w credit...man!..like i'd said if c.c.r..i.s report auto clear every 6 months...my mate.c.c.r.i.s report should be cleared since on june 2024 he'd managed to fly out from malaysia...but when he's submitted auto loan to few banks unable given auto loan due to outstandin' amount that had been fully paid 'bout 6-7 months before...seriously our central monetary body need to buck up on updated consumers c.c.r..i.s report to be on the...

So me and my mom with my little sister went there for like family bonding time , we visited there and registered with qr we didn't get enough instructions about the place , we were hungry because we've been traveling from other muzium , we ate at the cafe and the food was totally great , but I have to say the securities aren't. We went to many galleries and when we wanted to go back home , we go down with a lift when suddenly a female security guard was screaming from down floor and pointing towards our elevator saying "Get down! get down!" I was shocked and immediately get out from the lift , the security guard immediately took my handbag and opened it without my permission (I am a minor and a 16 year old) I was very shocked that she simply goes through my stuff with asking! Very horrible visitor service! And kept scolding and barking at me asking If I have registered or not! My mom got mad and yelled at the security guard, she got what she deserved!! 😤 I'm very disappointed because I was so amazed from all of the galleries because it's so creative and fascinating but the security service is not it! She asked us where we were heading and I said we wanted to go home and she escorted us out of the building just like that! HORRIBLE! You should stopped us first at the front of the elevator door when we first came in! Not just simply targets me when I'm coming down from the lift! And tell us what to do after the register!...

Been here many times pre-covid. First time this year in 2022. A lot of exhibits are under renovation especially the children museum. Used to be larger. Now It is a short 15 min activity.

My biggest problem was no one informed us there is a complete closure exhibit from 1pm to 2pm for lunch time (not even when we first came in the lobby and had to register) . Even the museum shop is closed and the staff members weren’t nice about it. They literally kick us out the museum shop few mins before 1pm when my boy just wanted to take a look. It is ridiculous that there is no staff rotation and all of us have to leave. The museum just lost a lot of visitors as people would just leave like us. We already had lunch at 12pm at the cafe and thought would could continue after. Only to find out we have to wait an hour so before we could continue checking out the exhibits. We would be a laughing stock if more overseas visitors come to visit. But as Malaysians, we would just put up with it.

Love Sasana Kijang but management and visitor friendly policies should...
