Went there yesterday. Came in around 1.15pm and was told that there's a long queue as there was only 6 out of 14 cars operable, and my kids would only be available to ride it at 2.30pm. we agreed to the time given and purchased our tickets. At 2.15pm i went and check to see what was the queue number, the operator at the pit stop said it was at #850 ( mine was 867). So i waited till the time mentioned earlier. 2.30pm, i asked again and he mentioned that the queue number was at 854. I asked the operator how long we have to wait for my kids turn, he couldn't answer as he said that there were still others who haven't gotten their turn. 2.45pm, i asked again, the queue was at 860. 3pm,there were multiple kids switching in and out but when i asked again, he said that the queue number was 861. I asked how long must we wait since its 30 minutes late from the time that we agreed on earlier. He told me that there other customers who missed their ride and had to be slotted in. I told them, if they missed their time, why must the be slotted in front of people who were waiting far too long. It should be them having to wait for other missed trip slots, not us who've patiently waited for such a long time. He told me that i had to check with the front desk since they told him to do so. I went to the front desk and asked whats going on since many of us were waiting for our turn but people who missed their turn end up getting a cut from the line. The lady mentioned that actually it was and "unpredictable circumstances" since there were customers requesting to top up their riding time which sounds even more ridiculous since theres a long queue and other paid customers waiting for their turn,WITH LIMITED CARS, and you simply let people to top up their riding time? HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS??? You know you're short in staffs, operable cars, and have a long customer queue, yet you allow such things to happen??? Did you not do proper forcast on how many customers will come in since Selangor was on a public holiday and most of the people go to KL to spend their time during their day off? With only 6 cars you shouldn't have allowed such people to extend their ride in the first place when you have a long queue waiting at the back! Pleasework on your workflow! We ended up wasting 3 hours for nothing besides disappointment! Telling us to come back another day due to your incompetence in handling a situation and possibly cut other peoples queue is absolutely not a solution to this matter! We ended up selling our tickets in front of the front desk staff to another family since theres no point for us to wait any longer. Unapologetic, very bad management, the worst experience ever! Thank you for wasting 3 hours of my family's time...

Read moreOur recent visit to the circuit was an absolute blast, and I couldn't wait to share our experience. This place is a haven for young speed enthusiasts and adventure-seeking children.
The circuit is a well-designed, child-friendly track that had our little ones thrilled from start to finish. The track layout is exciting, complete with twists, turns, and challenging obstacles that kept the kids engaged and entertained. The safety measures in place, including helmets and supervised sessions, gave us parents peace of mind.
What impressed me the most was the staff's dedication to ensuring every child's safety and enjoyment. They were patient, attentive, and great at providing guidance for beginners while allowing more experienced racers to push their limits.
The go-karts themselves were safe and appropriately sized for kids, ensuring that they could easily reach the pedals and control the kart with ease. It was a joy to watch our children develop their driving skills in a secure environment.
It's a fantastic place for children to experience the thrill of go-kart racing while learning valuable skills in a safe and supervised setting. We'll definitely be returning for more adventures...
