The whole outlook, layout, decor, cleanliness, reri improves by a great deal. Carpeted throughout with clean chairs, clean toilets, clean tables. Many games introduced in also.

Despite all the great changes made, sadly to say the attitude of the staff (dealers, pit bosses, member counter staff, cashiers except for 1 which i can't recall her name) r reri uninviting, like u owe them a living. Almost all came across had a reri "stern look" on their face and when u asked them qns for clarifications, they will roll their eyes w impatient look and replied unwillingly. Its like u r playing on the table with a reri strict discipline mistress/mister waiting to catch u if u do anything "wrong" (eg. Drink at the table, put wro bets, change chips at the wrong time) n if u reri did, they will tell u off straight with a very serious and stern look. Its quite embarrassing, u r bringing money there to play but not to c their black faces or subject to any humilation just becos u r not familiar w the different game rules/payouts. Btw, there's no drinking at the table itself but if u carry bottled water n put inside ur bag after drinking then no issue.

There's no photo taking in the casino also (even when u r not playing). If seen, they will walked to u n asked u to delete it by standing there supervising u n ur cell to make sure its all deleted. We can follow your rules but make sure its not double standard n w better manners and attitude pls (seen many taking, even ur reviews here have pictures uploaded from patrons like us).

Slots machine - if u dont have the casino member card n wish to take out your balance money, it will be troublesome cos u need to wait for the attendant to come n issue u w a ticket upon surrender of ur ID or passport then u may proceed to the cashier counter to get ur money by queuing n waiting, very troublesome.

Many strict rules to adhere to + extreme uninviting & bad/rude attitude from the casino staff. Management can perhaps improve on this n learn from the West.

Otherwise, the other areas like shopping, food, indoor playground all improved a lot. Lots of chill- out places introduced in also which is a plus point.

Overall, attitude of casino staff 0 rating. The staff attitude & service rendered in this casino is probably a huge shame to the service & entertainment industry. Visited many casinos in different countries, n this is by far the worse attitude casino staff ever seen & experienced. The rest r ok with great improvements n implementations - compliments...

The mall is under construction for most part and it’s not as big as it seems. The only solely thing I like about this place is the light show. I think it’s a very cool idea. HOWEVER, DO NOT GO GAMBLE in the casino. We are from the US and we have been to many casinos. The casino here is not customer friendly. Let me tell you why. We walked around few times to find a fun slot machine. The machines are pretty much the same. So we settled on two machines next to each other. When my husband wanted to cash out the balance, there is no cash voucher in the machine so we have to wait for attendants to come. When I pressed cash out, same thing. Okay fine. Not convenient but whatever. Some lady nearby got a guy over so we got him to help us too. He brought me to a machine, wrote down my passport number, and printed out a receipt like voucher so that I. Can cash out in the cashier. My husband got his balance in a temporary club card. (Why different? No idea.) Then we decided to try something else so we went to roulette machine where they have live video for roulette tables in the center. We played a little and wanted to cash out the remaining RM5. Same thing, need attendant. So we got one to help us. Then he asked us for passports and one for each machine. We thought it might be the same thing like the slot machine, meaning writing down number and that’s it. ⚠️ DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSPORT TO THEM! Because it took us an hour waiting for them to process the voucher. You think we didn’t try to get it back? You are wrong. We asked for our passports back and told them we want to give up the money. All we got was “No you can’t”. So we were literally held hostage there until we were forced to get the money we don’t want back. Be mindful, the “manager” in suit name “Fei” has nasty attitude with his rolling eyes and turning head when we were asking question. No manner whatsoever. Pei Jing, who was doing the process actually apologized for the inconvenience. I give her for that. You may want to wait in lines to get a club card before you gamble. And what hassle you would have after that? Find out and let the world know then. This is it. We will NOT come back and make sure our friends and family don’t waste...
