Genting Bowl — Local services in Pahang

My power adapter and powerbank got stolen at this store on 26th November between 9.40pm-10.30pm. I was charging my powerbank with the Apple adapter at lane 18. When I finished my session and tried to collect my items back, it was gone.

Checked with the staffs at the counter, being informed to check the CCTV with B2 parking security office. Staff didn’t even show any apologise or taking the responsibility. Went to the security office, and asked me to check with theme park security because they own the CCTV of this bowling place. Totally waste of time, the main issue is staff don’t even bother that a theft case just happened at the store.

I recently visited Genting Bowl with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The facility is very worn down and outdated, which we could have overlooked if the service had been better. However, the staff acted as though they hadn’t been paid for months, displaying an extremely rude and unwelcoming attitude throughout our visit. It was clear that they were not interested in providing any level of customer service. This made what could have been a fun family outing into a frustrating experience. I hope management takes steps to address these issues, as the current state is not conducive to a pleasant...

I love bowling 🎳 that’s why i visit this place. It’s not costly but also not too cheap, you can say that it’s economical to visit this place.One thing that is weird to me is that they only take your one shoe and asks you to take the other one with you🙄,like man, if you want to take then take both and if you don’t want to , then don’t take even the single shoe.
