Was here for concert numerous times. Very nice concert hall where you get to watch show in a closer distance (compared to stadium merdeka/stadium Bukit jalil). However, ticket prices are rising in Genting. We bought tickets to be seated at the centre mountain top (the 4th row counted from mountain top last) each ticket costs RM510. Its a bit expensive for concert tickets give the furthest seat. But looks different from Arena of Stars before, very clean, and they now got better sound system. One thing is that the mountain top seatings is quite stuffy. There are VIP seats (cinema leather seats) at the mountain top too. Maybe reserved for VIPS in genting. Haha looks comfy Overall it was a good experience.

All concerts about 1.5hours. Lee had a lucky draw. Poorly conducted as the price went to a small cluster in same area. Eg, left and right of XXX, front and back of same XXX. Likely XXX's left and right could be family and 3 person in a same family winning a same prize. Lucky draw was also pre drawn too. Not professional. Shd have at least quickly draw the 10'prizes by her after the singing. Lack of sincerity. Just a quick buck. Lady in front was watching tik tok too. Not fan, maybe they just redeemed their Genting point. Bad. Did not attempt to go toilet. Came in early to enjoy. Can't say the same for the crowd. Came late, left early. Went for Jeff Chang previously. Singing was great but sound was poor. No backup dancers or any special lights until only 1-2 songs, few dancers. LI I-Jun had better sound and lights somehow. Many dancers. Singing was great too.

It's not the best place to do concert. If your seat was destined at the very end of each side, with bad arrangement of screen & speaker, your view will be blocked. I can't even get a glimpse of the main screen. I know it's not entirely the place fault, but they know the arena better so they can at least give suggestion to the event organiser on the arrangement, no? And if outside of the arena raining cats and dogs, you can hear it hitting the roof

Not bad. But the seat is not comfortable for 2 hours seating. Weather is cool at Genting Highland. So you may not expect very warm inside Arena of Star. Service: it depends, some concert's staffs can be quite rude. Vip seating and the rest are a bit different. At least you may view your idol at a nearer distance. Overall experience: quite ok Parking: park in front of the 16 storeys carpark at Genting. Or park at First World Hotel.

I like the venue, it have cup holder for each seat. I come to watch ESL One Genting 2018. The bad things about this venue is the lack of space, its so hard if you are in the middle seat, and need to go out to restroom. There's so much seat, and with many seat equals many people and it is more hype. They have food terminal and restroom near the exit. And there's a vending machine beside the gate/door
