During our visit to SkyAvenue Genting, Donkey, along with two other friends, and I stumbled upon the takeaway spot outside DAFU CONGEE 粥大福. Captivated by the intriguing and unfamiliar offerings, we decided to embark on a culinary exploration by trying their well-known steamed milk pudding and tea egg, a departure from our usual dining preferences.

Despite this minor observation, our overall experience was truly enjoyable. Honestly, this restaurant is by far the worst in Genting, bar none. I usually do quick search on Google before visiting a restaurant but after some late night rounds in the casino, I'm pretty tired and wasn't exactly in the mood to research for supper spots so my family just walk around the casino shopping area and leave it to chance. Long story short, we placed our orders and wasn't attended to for 45 mins (no drinks or food was served) to make matters worse, after enquiring our orders with the staff, it was not even processed. (This information wasn't convey to me in an honest manner but was "forced out" from them after repeat questioning on regarding the reason for the long wait. They even lied to me saying the kitchen is preparing and is understaffed thus the long delay.) Anyway, take some time and read the reviews of others, you will find our opinions are aligned. This restaurant sucks big time period. The high ratings are totally bogus and fake, the reason it is so high is due to fake bots (Created by those media companies to manipulate ratings by jacking up ratings through thousands of fake google accounts) my other 3 friends who went there separately recently went through similar treatment and related their "2025 Genting highland experience", mine...

I come to genting casino so many times. I have tried so many restaurants here. This is the first time I try your restaurant. I am very impressed. Healthy choice, not salty. Very nourishing.

At first, I just walk by, but your staff "Hao" was so friendly and introducing your menu to me. I was browsing through the pages, and the staff "Hao" patiently and cheerfully explain each page of food to me.

So I order your frog congee with salted duck egg, and honey lemon juice. The portion is very generous, they give many frog meat, ginger too. The taste is delicious. Not salty. I feel healthy. I feel good eating this. very comforting and easy to digest.

Most importantly, what brings me to try your food, is the cheerful attitude of your staffs. Especially waiter "Hao" and manager "Jie" .

I will definitely come back again to support your other food items. Well done, and good job.
