Nandos Malaysia. Pay attention! Lousy service at Nandos Mines.

We had to wait for nearly 50 minutes just to get a simple chicken tender.

Twice we had to check with the counter as our order did not arrive in good time.

On the second visit to the counter, the staff realised that the kitchen had mistakenly prepared our order as take away (refer pic packed order marked as eat in).

50 minutes to get the order is absolutely unacceptable. The two visits to the counter is purely ridiculous.

And that doesn't count the earlier walk we had to do for opting to pay at the counter before eating.

Worst is the fourth walk as the payment counter said they didn't have small change and asked for the exact amount.

Clearly, Nandos is doing a great disservice to service industry in Malaysia. Shifting the loads to the customers while reaping maximum benefits.

By the way, your online order system offers only 2 languages ie English and Mandarin. Where's Bahasa Melayu as the national pride?

Is racism and anti-Malay sentiments too strong in Nandos that you intentionally choose to sideline Malaysia's national language in your system?

Food is mediocre , services is too slow , need more training to speak as well . The grill station was packed , some of them are not even wearing proper headcovers or gloves while managing the area . Highly doubt the hygiene . Too loud as well, they think this is their house is it? . Do better .

Requested to change sides from wedges to Mediterranean rice as it tastes raw, staff brought it to the grill station and requested for the change . There was a Malay Lady without any head cover looked at me angrily . Very poor service , no hygiene as well . Needs to be inspected
