Onde Onde @ Citta Mall — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

We just had our lunch earlier so far we all like the foods there. We are 9 persons and we ordered individuals and some sharing dishes. As I observed all their food all finished means they like also. I like the smoked duck pasta and the sotong with kangkong and the taufo. It is not really expensive especially for lunch and they have some set lunch include with drink. Probably for dinner menu is more different because we suppose to order soup but only available 6pm onwards. It is recommended and u can ask for more details with their staff especially for the recommended dishes. It is my first time in this restaurant so far okay and service good. If u want to eat here especially lunch a bit early u come because for weekdays they are more on lunch crowds as I can see...

2nd October 2023 - I came here a long time ago and I loved their food and service. Fast forward came here today hoping the restaurant was still around and I was glad they were.

They are my go-to choice whenever I come to Citta Mall and I have not come to this mall in years.

The food is still very delicious and came quite fast. I was honestly surprised the Mee Goreng came that fast (maybe they already had pre-cooked anticipating the lunch crowd). The Teh-O was also just nice. Wantef to order some appetizers but I was rushing to just had these.

Summary. The food here everything is delicious and the staff service is excellent. The ambience is also very chill.

Good variety of food are available ranging from nasi lemak, mee goreng, curry laksa, western food such as fish and chips, grilled chicken chop etc. Same varieties are available for drinks menu and this gives plenty of options to customers.

But after lunch, my colleagues and I all agree that we were extremely thirsty afterwards. Perhaps usage of salt and MSG were heavy. We had curry seafood laksa, butter chicken with rice, grilled chicken chop, fried briyal and mixed platter of lobak. Food tasted ok upfront, but I felt very uncomfortable about 1-2 hours after that, due to extreme thirst and nagging headache which I suspect was caused by heavy usage of MSG.
