Traditional English pub in Sliema; we were drawn to this one by the name, of course. Inside is the dark wood and Victoriana of an old fashioned pub. The beer, as it should be, was Cisk. Food was on offer. Looked good - fish and chips looked huge. Unlike an English pub, they do table service and let you pay at the end rather than per round. Nice. Again, much better toilets than its equivalent in London would provide. Convenient for the big shopping centre at Tigne Point and also not far from the ferry terminal. A good place to start the day and plan out what you’ll do before catching a ferry.

Dropped in for a quick drink before dinner. We ordered 2 long island iced teas, and a glass of rose wine. The drinks took a LONG TIME to arrive…..maybe 15mins….. apparently the bar person was new, so we forgave as we did not want to make a drama… the Long Islands however were very nice, well balanced and delicious. The wine however did taste too much of strawberries… great atmosphere, but in my opinion too many tvs… remember some people do like to talk with each other not just sit and watch tv - that you can do at home!

I'm so glad that we stumbled across the pub. As a Brit I loved a good pub and this did not disappoint. The decor was authentic and the staff were amazing. We had hoped to try the food there which looked delicious but unfortunately on the night we were going to, it was busy and tables were reserved - which is obviously a good sign! Well worth the walk!

Asian but friendly. Just make Maltese. Disrespectful. because. I always shop here. I look for the nearest bar. I do it every time. Pay at least 30 euros for lunch. beer. The manager has a bad attitude. He wanted me to remove the location. I left to a very cold area. I'm not complaining. I'm not a new resident. I buy a house. I lived in Malta for five years. Are you humiliating me? Asian. Everyone is poor. You are just a manager serving our guests. Not the boss. But I am the boss lady. Swallow your pride. This world is not your decision。 。very bad

I live in Malta. I go to any club. All the bartenders are there. The waiters all know me. I have never seen any old man so rude. The beer is particularly delicious. No. Really do not have. You can choose Tiffany's Bistro. Girls are beautiful. The boys have good service attitude. seafood. fish. All very fresh. But this bar has only been open for 3 months. I'm a food critic. I have traveled to 35 countries. I have never seen a manager with a bad attitude. I pay 30 euros for a beer every time. sausage. Every time pm 5 o'clock, let me move to a very cold location. I did the same before paying. Why should I move. Why other long hell bar. Wouldn't be so rude. Guests pay to enjoy the meal. Not here to be humiliated. This manager is very uneducated. Come and travel to Malta. Very Irish pub friendly. Great beer. Don't be humiliated like me again. There are many clubs and bars with delicious food. If you need my help. I will give everyone my opinion. I get a discount if I tell the bartender my name. Don't go to this bar again. Just get...

Visited this bar with two friends today, and from the start, the service was rude and unwelcoming. When we arrived, the waiter seemed annoyed and asked condescendingly, “You’re just three?” as if our group size was an issue.

We ordered two rounds or drinks each and shared an Italian platter, which should be perfectly acceptable for a two-hour stay. However, the staff constantly pressured us to order more, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

To top it off, after two hours, the waiter asked us to leave because another group “ordered too much food” and they needed our table. This was highly unprofessional and completely ruined our evening.

When we asked for the bill, the waiter had the audacity to hint about tips by asking, “How happy are you with the service?” Honestly, we were not happy at all.

Overall, this place needs to reconsider how they treat customers. Pushing people to order more and then kicking them out for larger spenders is unacceptable. Would...
