Just had an amazing dinner experience here at La Joya. Our last night here at the resort, and we could not have thought of a better way to end our trip. Atmosphere: 5+/5 The mariachi band that performs at 7:30PM was astounding!! One of the best mariachis I’ve come across, and their music paired wonderfully with the food we ordered. Beautiful trumpet playing with amazing violin and guitar, and the best voices and harmonies. Nice open space with cute decoration. Our family was so so happy here. Service: 5/5 All the workers were so kind and accommodating. Special thanks to the manager! Food: 5/5 Almost ordered everything on the menu, it was all lovely (except our waiter recommended us to avoid the vegetarian portion ahah). Highlights of the appetizers was the black muscles, and aquachile. Favorite mains were the Salmon and Beef short rib. And all the desserts were great!! In short I would recommend everyone try this restaurant if you are staying here at the Grand Fiesta Americana at Coral Beach.

The service here was very bad. The waiter didn’t even greet us properly and only came to our table once. He got the drink and appetiser order only and didn’t show up at our table again. We could see him laughing and chatting with the other table bt we had to practically flag him down to get his attention. He said one minute and then never came back to our table. We tried to ask other waiters to send our waiter to our table and they kept saying idk. We were extremely disappointed with the service here. Do not go to this restaurant if you wish to make...
