SCAM!!
I only need an account of debit card, but the office lady sold me an insurance which called Meta Segura. It's a scam.
I’m not a native spanish speaker, my spanish is not good enough for the complex business. During the office lady opening the account for me. She told me, i need to save around 2500 pesos in the account for an so called AHORRO per month. the content of that what she was saying never include SEGURO. And she also said i can get the Ahorro back after 8 months. I thought that is a minimum saving for keep the account. She took a long time and made me sign a lot when I was impatient. And that insurance’s policy cost me around 2170 pesos (worth 109.5$) immediately at the time. She explained to me it was a AHORRO.
After i returned to home, i had just read the detail. Actually after 8 months, I need to pay 109.58=876 USDollars, and get back less than 700 USDollars. If i want to get all money back, i need to spend 6 years, and spend 109.572=7884 USDollar, and get back 8000 USDollar. She never said any word about 6 years.
I don’t need the insurance service and i don’t even know there is a insurance service that she already sold to me.
I went there on Friday, and returned there on Saturday trying to cancel the insurance. Another office lady said the lady who did that didn’t work, and also they can not process the insurance on Saturday. She said i could come agitan on Monday to cancel the insurance Sin Problema.
I went there again on Monday. They told me, i can not cancel the insurance at the office. Yes, for buy an insurance, I can do in the office. But for cancel an insurance, I can not do in the office. And the office guys don’t help to do.

Sólo 1 ejecutivo. Más de 1 hora y media para que me atendieran y de los 2 trámites que iba a realizar no pude resolver ninguno, la única respuesta que obtuve fué. "Vealo en la sucursal donde abrio la cuenta" .
No se quieren hacer responsables de nada, a pesar que yo llevaba todos los comprobantes que el comercio me entregó solo dicen "Véalo con el comercio".
Si BBVA es un banco a nivel nacional e internacional, cómo es posible que con una mano en la cintura se deslinden de sus responsabilidades, le hagan perder su tiempo a las personas y no resulvan los problemas, al contrario, créan aún más.
