I walked into my apartment, and the staff was going through our stuff and said we had to leave immediately after 4 months of staying there. My roommates were having a weekend in tulum and had to come back immediately, they said there was maintenance they had to do on the apartment and that we had to leave. They offered up another apartment in the complex, which was way more expensive to stay in, and after the way they treated us after being good tenants for so long, we decided to leave. They took down our stuff for us, and then a couple things were missing. And they had no explanation on where they went. It has been 2 weeks and we still have no gotten our deposit back either. We have been pestering them constantly and they keep having excuses and saying they will “send soon”. It was very unacceptable how...

We stayed here for 6 nights and every one of them was amazing. The pool area is beautiful surrounded by tropical plants on all sides open till 11 and there is a bar were you can order drinks and they'll bring them to you. It is no more than a 2 minute walk from the main entrance to the beach. The whole place is made out of stone n tile. The building is very clean and very safe you have to have wrist bands to get in and the gated parking garage and front door are monitored by attendants 24/7. If you stay here you get a 10% discount at mamitas beach club which is the building between oceana and the beach that has good food and service.
