Hotel in prime location close to beach, shopping and entertainment district. Very safe area. Super friendly staff. Eli & Rosa from concierge services was very helpful and accommodating. Anel and Paul from the rooftop lounge are top notch. They catered to all our requests. You'll be lucky to have them as your servers.This adults only hotel is very clean with modern facilities. Rooms are big. Some room views are obstructed by other buildings and it may be a little noisy from the outside restaurant music. They may be able to help you get a quieter room. Not much views of the beach but if you are ok with the obstructed views and loud music, this hotel is still worth checking out for the vibe and the ambiance. Hoping to see DJ Stephen back at The Reef 28 as he was playing the best in house music that set the mood just right. We had an enjoyed experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, Bed is comfortable. They have complimentary yoga classes on the rooftop which was wonderful! The instructor was fabulous! The rooftop has the pool, jacuzzi, bar, pool table and ping pong table with beautiful views. It is a nice area to be in. They also have a fitness room with basic equipment needed. We utilized the spa nearly everyday enjoying massages, facials, scrubs, and wraps. Their facilities are clean with showers, relaxing pool and cold plunge, a sauna and steam room. They have sitting area on the pool area with showers to rinse off. There are lockers with towels, sandals, and robes provided. I spent 6 nights here for a work retreat and had an absolutely fantastic time. The breakfast buffet had many options and different specialties every day. I did lunch on the roof every day and Paul provided fantastic service. Seriously, go see Paul! He will make sure you are taken care of. The wait for food during lunch can be a little bit lengthy as they get busy due to the food being so great.

The resort had a very good vibe and atmosphere if you're looking for a more active, celebratory feel. I don't want to say "party" atmosphere because no one was getting rowdy or being overly loud or anything like that. DJs on the roof playing house/EDM...
