This is the second time we eat here …. Not the best we did receive a refund on some food

The first time we ordered to the house! all the pasta was ok but not the best they forgot all our drinks and gave like 7 gnocchis total in there entire serving of pasta…we were refunded for the pasta !!

The second time we went to the restaurant in person to give it a second chance….

we sat first with nobody else around, ( pizza was good ) except as we sat and ate but one pizza never came after asking over 10 times and everyone who sat afterward was being served there pizzas we asked multiple times where it is and they kept saying 5 mins or soon…. It Never came and everyone was already finished eating it took them 1h:30min to make a single pizza (it ended up being on the house)

Aswell u had to ask the server maybe 4-5 times to get small things like another drink or Parmesan cheese they always kept forgetting or doing other things. They did bring things in the end tho and were very nice and understanding about everything

It’s a good place with good pizza can’t really say the same thing for the pasta but I would recommend giving it a shot it is pretty cheap there and a very nice vibe I will go back to give them one more chance since they where very nice about...

We came to the cafe, sat outside, no one came up to us, at least to greet us, although the workers saw us through the glass, but simply ignored us. Ok, it’s not a problem for us to order at the counter, we made an order, in particular a burek with cheese and spinach, after five minutes another employee comes and asks to repeat the order. After a while, they bring a cold burek with a chopped boiled egg and a frozen, melted piece of cheese inside. I took a bite before I went to check. When I asked why without spinach, they apologized to me, took away my bitten burek and a minute later they brought it, but they only put cold cooked spinach inside. The hummus was very tasty and pita. When we went to pay, we didn’t ask for the bill, this is our mistake as a result, it seemed to us that the check came out high. And of course the bill included a tip, but the service is...

My husband and I were visiting Saturday night. We arrived at 8:30 when they open the Restaurant. The waitress asked us if we have reservations. When we said we didn’t she sent us away and told us to come back at 10 PM. She could totally sit us down and give us service since the restaurant was completely empty at the time. We didn’t argue, we left and came back at 10 PM. We knew exactly what we wanted to order since we checked the menu online. We placed an order at 10:15 PM because the staff was too busy to check on us and take our order. We ended up getting our pizza 1 hour later!!! This was after asking multiple servers about the status of our order many times. Several tables that arrived after us were served before us. There was no apology or attempt to make...
