Horrible customer service from the lady with red hair - stay away from her especially if you are trying to print photos. I had printed there a couple of times with different staff members - never had an issue and everyone was very lovely. At some point the one with red hair comes along, makes a big deal for a problem she had because she could not find the payment label and she starts blaming me for it. In the end the lable was actually there, she just did not want to do her job properly. After our conversation I tried to print again and followed the same steps as usual. Did everything right and had the ticket confirming my order is sent to the printer. My photos were never printed even though I waited for and hour and a half. Maybe the machine had a failure, cannot be sure, but it is too much of a coincidence that she was at the cashier desk and this happened to me....

Not sure Arabic or Indian (bald guy) security is so rude to the customer, i walked in without noticing the sign that food is not allowed inside, this security came to me and asked me if i didn’t see the sign? And asked me to go out of the place by the way he pointed to. Such a rude behavior, if you don’t know how to treat people well please don’t come to work with 0 manners. (anyway i’m asian, just in case you think i’m racist)...

It's a good store with a lot of cute Nijntje(Miffy) products available. Typical I would do the self check out with a card. When I ordered online and picked it up from the store, that's a different experience. Two times, I had to deal with unfriendly salesperson (middle aged short hair blond) at the cashier counter.
