Disappointing experience this morning in this shop. There is a very large quantity of cigars as you can see from my pictures but these cigars are aged for the loyal customers! I have not heard that much non sense in a long time. There was a box of Majestuosos from 2016. Since by law they cannot sell it higher than the original price and the current value is probably 8 times higher they want us to believe that this box is waiting for a loyal customer! I do not think so. They only allow 3 people at a time and you can only buy a few sticks. My advice? Get away from this shop and go across the street to Cigaragua. Better service better cigars...

They carry the largest collection in The Netherlands, all boxes tastefully arranged in the shop in a library like manner. Humidity in the store is excellent too (which is not always the case with cigar stores) and they have a friendly staff who give you an expert advice, based upon your preferences. And if you don’t live in or nearby Amsterdam, they also have a great online store which ships worldwide. My order of Montecristo’s was carefully packed and sealed and arrived my doorstep very fast, after I placed it through the site. Five star rating...

Rude staff, over humidified cigars, moldy cigars on display.
Being told to "not touch the box's" was a great warning sign. If I'm dropping 500 euros plus on a box of cigars then I bloody well will touch the box.
But the most disgusting, disgrace was the open box's on display by the door. Moldy, rotten cigars just left out, why the frack should I give my money to people that can't even respect the product they are meant to be specialists in.
LCDH Amsterdam is a disgrace...
