These people lie on their website.

I signed up for the 60-minute cocktail class this evening, Friday 11 April.

Exhausted after a long day of touring and needing to catch an early flight the next morning, I showed up at 18:00, the time the website says the class begins, only to be told that the class does not actually begin until 19:00. A facility tour precedes the cocktail class.

I asked the gal who signed me in, "But it says 6pm on the website, doesn't it?"

She tried to be cute about it, tried to catch me on a technicality: "But the ticket says 6pm to 8pm."

Well, yeah, but you don't get the ticket until you've already signed up for the class. And why would you look for different information on the ticket than what the website said? Absurd.

She did offer to sign me up for another night, but that wouldn't work, as I was leaving the next morning.

She asked if there was anything she could do to fix it, and I told her that I was just going to have to get over it.

When people set out on a SELF-GUIDED tour, I lost it. You want me to walk around for an hour with an audio guide? No.

I removed the bracelet, and handed it back along with the mystery shot and drink token and left.

Show some respect for peoples' time and TELL THEM what time the class ACTUALLY STARTS on the website, invite them to come early for a tour if they want, and...
