Olive Garden Aruba — Restaurant in Oranjestad (city)

Like I said the location was great the parking lot no complaint at all. I had the opportunity to eat at all of garden and the past in the state and the one here in Aruba is far from good, over it the service was really terrible the waitresses did not know what they were doing to make matters worse the soup was cold&salty. the only thing we did appreciate was being in a group of 16 women plus 3guys .. I was able to ask everybody their personal opinion and everybody arguing with me one of the things we love really love from that place was the sangriad Apple sangria was fabulous and they had an appetizer with a cream cheese with Spanish with tortilla definitely that but anything else the food was cold lasagna was uneatable I understand aldante pasta but that was definitely too aldante No flavor if I have to go to Olive Garden and I still need to put salt in my own food and bean a soup was already salty a suppose of a discipline can you make a question. restaurant Also what is up with that that you can only find one cannot drain of beer what is that supposed to mean a I'm a customer should I be allowed to have more option regarding beer or alcohol and you tell me like there's only 1 the local builders know all the beers in the whole premises those are kind...

So we got there and we had to wait long before someone showed us to our table. Once finally seated we had to wait longer for a menu or someone to serve us. The place wasn't that packed so it was a bit annoying waiting so long for service. Finally someone came out to give us the menu and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered wine and beer and ordered our food at the same time. We ordered the unlimited salad and breadsticks. We had to wait for a while for those two. We finally got the breadsticks and they were undercooked/baked.. whatever they weren't ready yet. The salad was good tho. Finally we good our maincourse and that was good. We didn't get a second salad and second round of breadsticks because the breadsticks were in short supply and the salad was gonna take a while to bring over. We asked for our check and left. Sadly I wouldn't eat...

This is our first time visiting Olive Garden here in Aruba. We are Olive Garden fans in the USA, and I must say that this visit was on point. The food was amazing, but the service by Cindy V. was beyond our expectations. We must say that Cindy was a Customer Service Poster Person as she was so accommodating, kind, friendly, and just professional every day. Olive Garden Aruba, you have a Diamond Worker representing your restaurant in the best way possible. We do not get this kind of service in Virginia/USA, even on our best encounter. Cindy is a keeper, and we will be back again and again at this Olive Garden. Thank You for a tremendous positive experience.
