Pizza Hut - Sasaki — Restaurant in Oranjestad (city)

I and my coworker order some delivery from here. We order 3lasagne 1 alfredo.When it arrived i notice that one of the bag was a bit dirty, so i ask the driver and he said” it just the sauce from the lasagne that spilled but if anything just called us .” He was very nice. So when i got inside i open the bag but i didnt take anything out. And i notice that i am missing 1 lasagne. So a received 2lasagne and 1alfredo. So i called them and they said that they are 100% sure that they got my order right. So i went and take a look again and then i notice that the one that was missing that at first i didnt notice was smashed and spilled all in the bag . So i send them a video of how i got it. And then i called them back and i talked to the supervisor named barbara. I explained the situacion . She was very mean and unprofesional. She didnt even apologize. She kept saying that she will send a new one that we need to send the lasagne back and then i ask her is it even eatable? And she hung up the phone on me. So i called them back and a lady name mayra answered and i explained to her what had happened and she was very nice and understanding.she said she was very sorry about what happened and that she will brought it up with the higherups. We always order from here and never had any issue . But the costumer service from the supervisor barbara was not nice. Hope in the future that it will change....

If you're American like me and you are familiar with fast food pizza delivery, then please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from these folks. Now it's not about being a demanding, belligerent and impatient American (all of which I can be). It's about the 90...(yes 90 minute) delivery time. It's being on the phone,m meticulously explaining your order only to be told they do NOT deliver to my hotel. It's not being told (unless you ask) they they do NOT take credit cards only CASH, which puts you on the spot if you don't have the right amount for a tip when the driver may finally show up. It's the "Aruban resort like" attitude given to most Americans, who are guilty themselves of the lack of quality rampant on this island. I went to Burhger King, rented a bike to get there, biked 5 minutes. Was back in my hotel with hot fresh complete food in less than 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor, opt for burgers instead of pizza. You'll be a lot more satisfied and you'll get a little workout in...

I both ate in the restaurant and ordered delivery since I was a kid. And the food is really good (I order the cheese lover pizza with the pan crust almost always). But I am a bit upset with how long I had to wait to get it though. Today it took over 2 HOURS to get my pizza delivered to my house and I only live 15 minutes away. This really upset me because we were really hungry while we were waiting. And when I finally got the food the delivery driver gave me back way less change than what I asked for which I thought was completely unacceptable. My order was 43,50 awg, I gave 50 and I only got 3 awg back when I said I wanted 5 awg back. Another thing which is definitely a point for improvement is the cleanliness of the place. I used the bathroom when I was in the restaurant and it was absolutely disgusting, the indoor playground too. Please clean...
