Wouldn't let me reverse my car through the door so they could have a look at what's wrong with it. I think their muffins in the cafe have gotten smaller too.... Used to be able to feed a family of 5 quite comfortably off just one.... Shrinkflation madams en meneeren ....

Beste Web Shop van de ANWB jullie verkoop “partner” Drivv is geen reclame voor de ANWB!!! Ik heb wat besteld en wil het retourneren en wil contact met de klantenservice van Drivv opnemen maar ze voeren daar volgens mij bij retourneren een zo vaag mogelijk en traineren beleid zodat een klant misschien denkt laat maar zitten!! Er staat op hun website, neem contact met ons op alleen nemen ze nooit de telefoon op!! Echt slecht dit!!! En beste ANWB ik heb het in jullie webshop gekocht!!!! Drivv denkt nadat ze iets verstuurd hebben…. Ons niet meer bellen of benaderen!!!! 🤮

Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de service van ANWB. Ondanks dat ik een persoonlijk abonnement heb dat heel Europa dekt, werkt de pechhulp niet in Polen. Ik werd behandeld met minachting, alsof mijn situatie er niet toe deed. De klantenservice was arrogant, kil en zonder enig medeleven. Het voelde alsof mijn nationaliteit invloed had op de manier waarop ik behandeld werd. Deze houding is niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook ronduit racistisch. Het was een vernederende ervaring.

Everything is great! Except the staff. We were there for 45min browsing around, trying out shoes, but no one ever came to help us (it was a quiet evening and they were just standing behind the cashier talking). The staff is really not that friendly, capable and knowledgeable when asking questions or when we wanted to give feedback about their service. When we paid for our items they were even trying to hurry us when I was asking a question about the product because it was closing soon. They also asked if we have a bag since they ran out!...
