We 32 tourist from Surat city ,Gujarat state of India traveled Europe during May 2023. On 24th May we are at a village zaanse schans of Holend historic village. Nearby City Amsterdam of Netherlands. Here villagers have the skills to make cheese that we can store for hundred years. At the farm you will attend a professional demonstration of cheese-making. At Zaanse Schans, cheese making is an old Dutch guild, just like woodworking, wooden shoe making, pewter casting and distilling liqueur.
