I was looking forward to a five star review after looking at the reviews online but unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me. Before I even got there, the whole experience already felt rushed. I booked my appointment for 3:15pm and got a text that morning asking if I could make 2:45 pm. I texted back advising I would try to make it before 3 o’clock but not 2:45pm. At 2:44pm I was two minutes away from Nail Garden, I got a call asking if I can arrive early. I advised I was already replied to the text and two minutes away, arriving roughly half an hour before my actual appointment time. After doing my manicure, I had to wait for a seat to do my pedicure as they were still finishing up on previous clients which I was happy to wait. However perhaps due to the rush, hygiene is questionable and I don’t think it was cleaned properly between clients. Moreover they shared the brush to clean file dust off me with the person next to me. Felt a little gross. Midway through my toenails I quickly said it was too white for my liking but she said she needed to continue both feet to even it out. Which I thought was weird as I didn’t want the colour already. When I saw a pair come in during my appointment I realised why she didn’t want to change colour, rushed to finish and had pushed my appointment up. Without a word they took $5 off my bill because the colour wasn’t what I wanted which was nice but I preferred a better experience. I didn’t plan to write a review as I understand they wanted to make the most of their bookings for the day. However, my gel nails only lasted five days. Normal nail polish I have done myself lasted longer. It started chipping (see photos after about five days) and being gel I thought it would have lasted longer at least over a week in my experience. Absolutely SHOCKING experience dealing with Jess every single time. Staff doesn't speak English and doesn't want to accommodate to clients requests. Booked appointment with Camille. She cut my nails too short and different length on both hands and tried to convince me that I'm seeing wrong. Instead of raising their standards and fixing the issues and attitude they have banned me from the salon after I walked out. If you still want to go there Jasmine is fantastic and I loved her attitude and work for almost 2 years. So as Jenny and Jo.

Had the deluxe pedicure this morning and due to forgetting my time at the last minute I was 7 minutes late for my appointment. I called to let them know was running a little late and the lady who I spoke to was friendly and accomodating about it.

Upon arrival, I was offered a complimentary hot or cold drink and was served my cold drink (apple juice) with a chocolate which was a sweet touch.

My pedicure was so lovely, the massage, the paraffin wax, everything. There was a wide variety of colours/designs to choose from.

The lady who did my pedicure was lovely to chat with, very polite and professional. Overall, an awesome experience.

The ambience (music, decor, lighting, etc) was very nice. Highly recommend A+++++++.
