Silk Space Skin Clinic — Local services in Ōrākei

I am a 65-year-old lady who has lived in Auckland for the last 47-years. I have owned numerous businesses and trained customer service staff for numerous corporates worldwide. The customer is ALWAYS right no matter the race or creed. With or without children in tow. The customer is your business. I received a facial from Holly and was very pleased with her and the facial. Holly was very friendly and professional. In saying this I only went to the clinic because my daughter-in-law booked for us to go together. I am sad to say that I will NEVER visit this clinic again. My daughter-in-law who booked for me after researching potential clinics, has been told not to return to the clinic with no reason given. We have deduced that it is possibly racial or that she had my very well-behaved granddaughter in tow. So, obviously mothers and children are not welcome in this clinic. No reason has been given for this. No matter the excuse, this is not the way to run a business. I will not go to a business that acts one way to Europeans and another to other races, or mothers with children in tow. I was even told that men are not welcome in the clinic. Silk Space is the GOAT of skin clinics 😍 Both Holly and Fulvia are incredibly warm and welcoming always having a smile on their face. I personally see Fulvia and she has great chats, makes me feel comfortable and most importantly is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skin which shows in her treatment plans and how she explains this to you as the treatment goes on. I have had INCREDIBLE results from my post-pill and pregnancy acne journey that I no longer plan on going on medication for it! And her massage is amazing, I fell asleep plenty of times 😂 The clinic is a beautiful homely space which I enjoy going to. I am a long term online supporter of the clinic prior to being able to go in and the advice and support I got from Holly prior to being able to go in was great.

I recently purchased a few products from Silk Space. Holly, the business owner, was able to give me such valuable information regarding my skin and recommendations on what products to stay away from, and what she would recommend. I followed her recommendations and have never been so blown away by products in my life. I am desperate to get my hands on more. Everything from the correspondence with Silk Space to the gorgeous attention to detail with the packaging (including freebees and chocolate!!!) was perfection.
