I was so disappointed with the haircut I had with Emi. It’s the worst haircut I ever had. I contacted the hair lab and asked which of their hairdresser is good at lady short haircut, then was told Emi is the most experienced one. So I booked my appointment with her. On the day when I went the salon, Emi asked me who hair cut I wanted and I showed her the photos of haircut I wanted, she told me that they were all normal haircut, she sounds so confident and she can do a better job. She told me she will design a haircut which suits me. I was so looking forward to seeing the results. But it turned out worse than the haircut I can get it from “Just Cut”. I paid $120 for so called creative haircut but the results makes me feel so gutted and a waste of money. Now I have to wear beanie to cover my ugly hair cut, which is very annoying. Had an amazing experience with stylist Terry! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was super welcoming and relaxing. I wanted a change, so I went for a fresh cut and colour, and Terry absolutely nailed it. He listened to exactly what I wanted but also suggested a few tweaks that worked perfectly with my face shape and skin tone. For long as I could remember (7-8 years) I have been a client of Terry's. I guess that shows why I give 5 stars to this review. I guess I haven't gone anywhere else also shows I have always been impressed of his work.

His ability to build relationship with his client and provide his recommendations are definately what makes him stand out.

From doing bold things to my hair in the past and now a more mature look due to my working needs, he kept me on a straight line on what makes me look best for how I want to present myself.
