I had the most amazing time on the cruise which escorted the huge cruise ship Ovation of the Sea out of Lyttelton Harbour. Every member of the staff were kind and informative. We went out on a lovely boat and it was wonderful getting so close to the Ovation of the Seas. The weather was perfect and the crew even found dolphins for us. 😀

Took my 3 teenage grandsons to Quail Island. The trip there and back was great and they were lucky enough to see a dolphin. Quail Island...wow .beautiful....thoroughly recommend

My 3yo and I went on one of the pirate hunts on Otamahua/Quail Island and had the best time. It's such a great idea. I got my son in his pirate get up and he had a wonderful time tearing around the motu looking for pirates. The team from Black Cat were great, the boat showed up when they said it would, and with adults at kids prices and toddlers for free it was so cheap. My son was chuffed with his "treasure" too. Thanks very much to all involved with organising and running...

Had the best morning out swimming with the dolphins!!! Harry and Will made the experience so great, lots of laughs and knowledge shared from the 2 of them - but also made us feel very safe in the water. Harry needs better jokes though but he’s still a hoot! We will definitely be coming back to swim with the dolphins again. 😍😍 thank you for the photos and the amazing...

Great boat ride to Quail Island, but timings were a tad inconvenient. We caught the 10:15am ferry over and walked the 2 hour island perimeter track before a picnic lunch meaning we missed the 12:30pm ferry home. We had to wait for 3 hours for the next return ferry at 3:30pm. Having a 1:30pm ferry would be ideal. Great service and ferry...
