Well today me and my bf we decided have a dinner out at Super after a day walk. Interior decoration is good and quite Japanese style painting on wall, but service and food were not match the price they listed anyway, maybe we took little bit long time to go through the menu and so that can be ignored? We ordered two drinks at the beginning but the staff forgot it totally to bring us,and it’s been a long day(that’s what the staff told)..well I am working at hospitality too I know it can be hard but I expecting some service for this price at the restaurant? and I have asked for my table water for at least 2 times, felt bad to ask one more time so finally we didn’t get any water till the end! After we would like to order but it’s so dramatic ran out so many stuffs what we can’t order them, kumara chips, beef, local fish,ramen,ect... I was really thinking to change place but feel awkward to leave at that moment, but should the management could do better coz it’s just 7:30pm on Sunday, but so many things out of stock!! And finally we order okononiyaki(under cooked),pork belly bao(acceptable apart of the hard bao base),fried chicken(acceptable but kind of over pricing with just 6pieces of chicken selling for $16?!even no fresh one!),side of fried tofu is good tho. The double visions beer and umeshu probably the best part of the dinner.
Won’t think about to try again. feels management should improve more if they want the business...

Read moreMy favorite place to eat in town. We probably come here once a week, but I think about coming here at least once a day.
The staff here is lovely, and the food is consistently delicious. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here.
Favorites: Eggs benedict with hash and mushrooms (brunch menu) - the sriracha hollandaise is a game changer Kumara fries - order the appetizer, or swap out the shoestring (regular) fries on a burger order and get yourself some of these instead; also, the vegan garlic mayo these are served with is scrumptious Shiitake & tahini ramen with hellfire chili oil - this broth is the most umami damn thing I've ever had in my life; we eat a lot of plant-based/vegan food, and this scratches the umami itch like nothing else
Honorable mentions: Tofu bao Super fried cauliflower - some of the best fried cauliflower we've had, and we've had a lot Green tea soba noodles with house smoked salmon Affogato - the presentation on this was...
