Absolutely incredible studio with a really well balanced team of instructors who all bring different strengths with them to help you be the best you can be in your Pilates practise .The studio is beautifully laid out, great hygiene practises in place for all machines . It is always really easy to reach the team at lifted Pilates, a quick email and I always get a response same day and often within an hour or two . This is an inclusive and supportive environment that can add immense benefits to your overall well-being. Being in my mid 40’s I am very conscious of maintaining and improving my mobility - I have had significant incremental improvement in my mobility , have lost 7 kegs doing the 6 week challenge and that has lead me to taking up a one year membership .
