I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roman’s Kitchen, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! I got the mac n cheese, the juicy beef burger and the popcorn chicken w chips. The mac n cheese for $10 was a solid size. It's a one note dish but it's not bad. I think if there was a deeper or even sharper cheese it would give it more complexity. Even some chilli would go along way. But for $10 I'm not complaining at all. The juicy beef burger imo is whatever the American burger at Burger Fuel should've been. I just think they need to change the buns bc the brioche can't hold the sauce well enough n gets soggy. Otherwise toasting the heck out of the brioche might also work. The popcorn chicken and fries NEEEEEDS a different contain3r OR needs to be rested longer. Bc of the lack of air exposure in the container, the chicken doesn't get to become crispy. And the chips being squished under it also doesn't allow for them to become crispy and almost gives the texture that they're old even though you just received them. Anyway, I'd say it's a solid dinner the same way fish and chips are. It's pretty no fuss food but absolutely could do...

Service and atmosphere got 4 stars because neither are relevant to this place. You order on a tablet and all the food is takeaway food. But the food is DELICIOUS. $10 for a delicious, hot, flavoursome pasta is all you can ask for and more. The first few times I had the salmon penne, with a creamy sauce and broccoli. It is so good.

The mac and cheese I had yesterday was not as good as the salmon penne. Others have had the same problems with the mac and cheese so I shouldn't have been surprised but I thought I needed to try it. I can't put my finger on why I didn't like it though. The sauce had kind of a weird texture. It was less cheesy than I would have...
