I recently had a disappointing experience with your service, and I wanted to share my feedback in hopes of improvement.
Service Quality: The staff seemed inexperienced, with many appearing to be young and lacking sufficient product knowledge. Better training would greatly enhance the customer experience.
Honey as a Carry-On Liquid: A major issue arose when I discovered—too late—that honey is considered a liquid and cannot be taken in carry-on luggage. Since your store sells honey as a home gift, this should be clearly communicated at checkout to avoid customer frustration. Unfortunately, I had to discard hundreds of dollars’ worth of honey, which was incredibly disappointing.
Please ensure customers purchasing honey are informed of airline liquid restrictions. A simple warning at the point of sale or on the packaging would prevent this issue for future buyers.
