We have had kebabs from here once before from the actual owner and they were sweet, this second time going we have had a not so good experience. Ended up paying nearly $50 for two people. The main owner wasn't there but a young man was, w were in the middle of ordering when a man older Arab man came in with money yelling at the young student to give him change or something, was quite rude because he just started attending to his requests the middle of our ordering and dealing with money out the till, we wernt prioritized as paying customers, the young man came back to continue our order and wore the same gloves he just touched money with, i asked him do you plan to change your gloves before preparing our meal? He looked at me strangely then agreed yes. I thought hygeine standards and procedures would be in place of a food buisness a customer shouldn't have to ask.. We waited 35min for our kebabs, got home 5min later, mine was a total diaster, the wrap was so soggy I couldn't eat it in my hand just fell to bits, had to end up using a knife and fork to try eat it, quite unpleasant eating soggy bread ended up biffing it in the bin, total waste of our time and money. When you read these reviews and they say this is the BEST, believe them! I recieved my food at around 3:15am through UberEats and because of my previous experience purchasing kebabs from other stores, I half expected the chicken to be dry or the Veges to have lost its freshness and I really didnt expect much effort into the preparation, but I was hungry so i was going gonna accept whatever I got. But after trying (and devouring) everything I ordered which was A Chicken Kebab, Chips, and Chicken & Rice ( for the hubby ) everything was delicious and spot on! The chicken, the vegetables, the rice, the wrap, ALL Fresh tasting and flavorful. The vegetables still had its integrity, the chicken was flavoured well and though a few tiny little dry bits, the rest was nice and moist. The rice for my hubbys chicken and rice was the best ive tried from a kebab store here, along with the Hummus and Vege it came with. They were really generous with there sauces and in the ingredients they used which I LOVED and last but definitely not least, the Chips! They were seasoned well, and still had a cruch and freshness to it, despite traveling 12 mins to get to my place. Serving up 5/5 food at 3am in the morning really...
