Moving to achieve a lifestyle change and selling my first and only home to do so was a huge life decision for me and financially a major challenge to get right. Having had a long, unsuccessful sale attempt with an underperforming agent I had taken my home off the market with a loss of trust along with lost hope that a sale and my lifestyle change was possible...until I met Ying.

She approached everything with outright honesty, amazing knowledge founded in her years of successful work but most importantly, a genuine understanding and empathy for what this process meant to me. With the support of her hard working husband Chris, they went on to sell my house for the absolute best possible price in a very difficult market.

Ying's support and follow up post sale has been beyond anything I expected or could have hoped for. I am now super excited to be on the move very soon with the start of my new lifestyle ahead of me. I not only thank Ying from the bottom of my heart for making this possible, but also feel privileged to now know her as a person.

My partner and I had been searching for a home for almost a whole year, during one of the most tumultuous economic shifts the housing market has faced in some time. We had almost lost hope in ever finding the right house for the right price.

Whether by shear luck, or perfect circumstance, Ying aproached us with expedience and purpose when we expressed interest in one of her listings. Her persevable passion and straight forwardness swayed us to work with her and make a deal, and it paid off in a big way.

We found the right property, at the right time, for the right price, and all before Christmas.

We've met many agents from all walks of life, all with their ulterior motives and lacking transpency. Some were wonderful, and some were disapointing. Ying Li Howe completely stands out as one of the most experienced and hard working agents I've ever met. Without her unique and down to earth methods, I don't believe we would have been able to find a good home in time.
