Pizza Boyz Glen Eden — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

I arrived on time to pick up my online order at the specified time it would be ready. I was cooly greeted by 2 confused young ladies who couldn't find my name & order, then a 3rd young lady cane along and found it straight away, she said "it will be 2 miniutes, they're just cutting them up now" ....10 minutes later and no order, other customers arriving and picking up their orders, I decided to ask where the order was, the young lady looked at me blankly and smiled, the 3rd young lady came along and said sorry about that and once again said what she'd said to me 10 minutes earlier, I said to her, thats what you said to me 10 minutes ago, she smiled and said yeah sorry again....it did eventually arrive, but, not good enough Gradi Pizza, I ordered online so that I could schedule my arrival time at my elderly mother's place as we were bringing a dinner treat for her....please make sure that your staff are competent and able communicate and be honest if they are running behind, if I'd known, I could have text my Mum to let her know we were...

Ordered online, was told ETA of 9:15PM, got there at about 9:18 and was told that it would be ready in 4 minutes. After sitting there for 20 minutes and watching three other customers come in, order over the counter, and walk out with their pizzas. I asked if my order was still getting ready. The guy (who had just come back from a delivery I suspect) went out the back and came back with our order saying that it had been ready and that we need to listen out for the name when they call it. When I said we had been sitting there for 20 minutes and no one had called my name, he said "oh they must be very busy, sorry".

At this point the food had obviously been sitting for a while and the meal was cold when we arrived home, just down the road.

The pizza was below average at best, being on a lower standard than that of Pizza Hut. Minimal toppings...

Good pizza . Have ordered delivery twice an both times have be useless 1st time had to wait then they called up and asked if I could wait another hour an receive a free item of choice which was kind of them but at that point of time I was just over it an canceled the order also it wasn’t even made. Second time they rang me up twice to confirm items that I picked ect on the menu an they still had to ask questions eg what drink , pizza ect even though i had filled it out . When they arrived they turned up with the eftpos machine when I said I would pay cash , also he did not have any cash on him for change so lucky I found correct change to give.

This place definitely slacks on communication and understanding but good pizza though. Pick up has always...
