I have visited this Salon for a considerable time and been absolutely thrilled with the professional service provided. About six weeks ago prior to having significant surgery which I was rather anxious about the owner who I had contracted with to provide my hair appointment gave me the most wonderful care and service. At this appointment she expressed concern about the financial situation in NZ. It was so fantastic I was going too tell her yesterday what her service meant to me. Well when booking for a full appt Colour Cut etc with this woman I arrived and expressed how I felt the length of my hair was too long anticipating she would rectify this with my cut. My total appointment was carried out by a very nice stylist who did tell me she was very very busy and this certainly was demonstrated in her hair washing. No head massage and put up with water running down my neck cm and the basin not fitting well. I only realised that when she asked if I wanted a blow dry my expected cut was not going to happen. By this time after surgery only 4 weeks ago was not physically feeling very comfortable so expressed my disappointment that my appointment was changed. I have always booked an appointment with the owner every six weeks which included a hair cut and was told this is not what I had done which is not correct. May I suggest if you wish to change stylist and what I have booked for you please give your client a call as so...

If I could rate Bulls and China more than 5 stars I 100% would because I had the best hair experience I have ever had. Special thanks to the amazing Lupe Pasikala! Lupe is incredibly talented, personable and genuine. Her service is the total package and you feel like an absolute princes in her hands. She carries a huge amount of experience and you can see that in your intitial consultation with her. I knew in the first 5 seconds I was in the best hands. I get quite nervous trying new salons and because a total hair makeover isn’t cheap I get very particular about it but the entire vibe of this place is centered around the good ole kiwiana hospitablity and essence of always going above and beyond. I walked in after an entire year of hair neglect with terrible regrowth, brunette/ bad colour, split ends and all the rest...and walked out a natural looking blonde, with my expectations blown out of the water. I couldn’t stop smiling and i’ve never loved my hair more. All the lovely ladies here are second to none! You’d be silly to go anywhere else. I've been a client of Katherine’s for a little while now, and I can't express how thrilled I am with her, all the time and every time! My initial visit to her was due to a friend's referral, and she completely transformed my dull blonde hair into a vibrant and shiny masterpiece, new colour coupled with an amazing haircut. Katherine made me feel young and confident ( which means a lot as a new mum!)
