Elemental Cooking School By Sachie (Formerly Sachie's Kitchen) — Local services in Waitematā

I attended one of the corporate cooking classes organized by Sachies. The team is very well organized in entertaining the group with the evening programme, so a little competition grows out of each group - nice.

HOWEVER, when there is a number of vegetarian/vegan people and prior confirmation was given for their attendance, WHY is it so hard to just leave out some of the meat or seafood for this group to work on their own dishes? Instead, it was expected that people who don't eat meat for various reasons need to touch the meat/seafood in order to "help their teammates" and then get to eat pre-made food which unfortunately did not cater to taste? Please, Satchie, where is the point in providing a cooking class when the food is pre-made?

Overall probably a fun experience for most people attending, but I cannot recommend it from...

I loved my Malaysian cooking class - loved!! We cooked all the components of Nasi Lemak including Curry Chicken, Coconut rice, Tofu and Mung Bean stirfy and Zana, one of our chefs, cooked the Sambal and fried curry leaves for us all. Zana and Jan were so lovely and helpful, like cooking with old friends.

The food was delicious. I didn't know fried anchovy came that crispy, they were soooo good and added a wonderful crunchy element. Everything was balanced perfectly and paired well when eaten altogether.

I highly recommend this class. If I had to make a small change, I would have liked to do all the cooking by myself, but the lady I partnered with was nice and friendly so it all worked out. A...

Team building and cooking and simply having loads of fun. Easy instructions and support and building confidence in cooking!

Chef was incredible and made it look so easy!

Loved our session and would totally recommend

We were visiting from Australia and simply had a ball!
