I’ve been attending the Parnell studio for slightly more than a year now. The staff are passionate and friendly, always there to guide us on the various moves on the reformer (machine) to ensure we do them properly. There are always options given during the class to challenge yourself with different springs on the reformer, dumbbells and variety of Pilates moves. No two classes are ever the same as the sequence of the Pilates moves vary each time, so don’t worry of the feeling that different parts of your body muscles will not get a solid work out. If you haven’t tried Pilates on a reformer machine, I strongly recommend that you give it a go. I guarantee that you will instantly feel a difference to your body after an hour workout as compared to doing Pilates on a mat. The trainers are very experienced and can adapt the sequences for any injuries or conditions to ensure that you can still get a good, and safe, workout. Over the last year attending the studio I have really learned to get to know my body so much better as the instructors all tell you what muscles you should be feeling, how it should feel and what to change if you are not. This studio has some excellent instructors, providing a friendly and relaxing environment. The studio is always clean and tidy, there are proper cleaning products provided for each equipment.
