KIWA ART — Attraction in Waitematā

I've had a very positive trading experience with KIWA ART. Particularly, I liked KIWA ART's professional approach to its artifacts. I know authentic material cultural items from the Pacific Islands extremely well. KIWA ART Director. Mr. Andrew Pendergrast. told me of the history and method of manufacture and provenance of each artifact I purchased. This enriched my admiration and enjoyment of these items

The service before and after purchase was excellent. The artifacts were protectively wrapped and quickly sent to my home in Fiji. Since then I have asked Andrew questions by email about long term preservation and protection of the purchases I made. These queries were promptly answered to my complete satisfaction.

My entire experience with Andrew and KIWA ART, has been uniquely satisfactory and personable. I will return to KIWA ART, not only for the quality of the artifacts, but because of the good humour, kindness, and professionalism of its Director who I now count...

My wife and I visited Kiwi Art on July 5th, 2025, and we were really impressed with the wide range of art that was available. We were so happy to be shopping at a business that offered quality objects, as we were getting tired of seeing the usual tourist souvenirs. Carolyn (I think that was her name?) was great to work with. She answered many questions for us in regards to the art, as well as how to transport the art back to Canada. My son purchase a Toki necklace a year ago and sadly lost it. I reached out to Kiwa Art to see if Janet remembered my son. Altough it had been a year later, she did! They were able to match his orignal necklace as best they could. He will be so thrilled to receive a new Toki necklace this Christmas. Kiwa Art is the best authentic art shop in Auckland. Fabulous greenstone pounamu necklaces and you actually learn where the stone comes from, who's the artist is and they can even remember which one...
