In August 2021 I was gifted a voucher from this spa for “The Pamper Queen - pure indulgence” valued at $389, for my birthday.I was very excited for the experience but unfortunately the long lockdown happened right away and I wasn’t able to use it. I refused to ask for a refund as it wouldn’t be fair on the business which was my mistake. The voucher was expired and I didn’t even received a notification for it. Last September I called the spa to see if the voucher can be extended considering the situation however the manager was not available so my details as well as the voucher’s details were taken so the manager can contact me the next day, but no one did. A few weeks later I called again and I was told by a staff that the voucher was extended and expired even though I was never informed. I asked if there is anyone that I can contact that might be able to reactive the voucher and was given the regional manager’s email address. I emailed them and now it’s been weeks and I never got a reply.

Read moreJust had my first appointment here this evening (on 19/3/20) and I LOVED IT! 💛 Feeling sooooo much more relaxed now and my skin is super nourished. Tracey-Maree was my beauty therapist and I believe she is the therapy manager also, and she trains other Forme Spa beauty therapists. With that in mind, I’d highly recommend her and anyone trained by her! She’s very experienced and lovely. Meanwhile, the Parnell Forme Spa itself is GORGEOUS! The ceilings and some Art Deco touches etc. My photos won’t do the experience justice, so Id recommend people book their own appointments to enjoy Forme Spa for themselves.
