As per your reply… Your tablet that is located on the left in the kitchen in apartment 52E, didn’t work and wouldn’t let us check in but you spoke to me and Michelle spoke to me over the phone yesterday, so you know we were at the property and how else would we have these photos. Be honest and own up to your own mistakes.

We were told we could check in at 12pm so we show up and they then told us we had wait. We were in our hot car with our puppy for three hours. They said cleaners had to clean the room so we go inside and it had definitely not been cleaned. There was rubbish under our beds and couches there was poo stained on the carpet next to our bed and the walls are riddled with stains and marks. Also a bunch of sugar on the bench. (photos attached) Also the toilet seat was broken and the spa had dirt/bacteria in it. Every time we tried to call the host she hangs up and then messages us later with excuses. The host also told us she would send cleaners. So we waited all afternoon and nobody came. So we told the host and they completely disregarded the fact that the cleaners never came. She argued with us that they did come but we were there the whole day and nobody showed. Also we had no TV remote so we couldn’t use it and The wifi didn’t work either, after they gave us two different ones that weren’t even showing up. The train is also extremely loud during the day. Booked for three nights via Agoda. The trainline was right outside the balcony. The owner didn’t mention about the noise in ad, rather saying he has mentioned it’s “close to train station” in description.

The G/F room was infected by ants which clawed over all our clothes and luggages. We had to find another new accommodation urgently after first night due to unacceptable hygiene level, the owner refused to refund for the remaining two nights and was not helpful nor responsive. It’s a big disappointment.

Edited: to respond to the owner, we didn’t eat or drink in the room infected by ants on ground floor, the wall and floor of that room are under construction, the owner didn’t clean and maintain it properly and just put the blame on...

Awesome place, very comfortable so warm and dry, easy walking distance to shops, spark arena and food outlets. Great comfortable beds, all the luxuries are provided only stayed for one night due to a concert but was worth it! So convenient to everything. Sky was a bonus could watch a movie while teens were enjoying their concert. Soft carpet, wonderful bathrooms. Well explained guide on a tablet.
