⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Auckland!

This would be millions of stars if Google would allow it.

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine that’s both mouthwateringly delicious and incredibly affordable, look no further than Saigonz. Tucked away on Beach Road in Auckland Central, this family-owned gem delivers a dining experience that’s second to none.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest hospitality. The family who runs Saigonz are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish bursts with authentic Vietnamese flavors — from the rich, aromatic beef pho to the crispy spring rolls and perfectly seasoned lemongrass chicken. You can taste the love and tradition in every bite. It’s the kind of food that transports you straight to the streets of Saigon.

What truly sets Saigonz apart is the value for money. In a city where dining out can be pricey, this place offers generous portions at prices that feel almost too good to be true. Honestly, for the quality and flavor, it should cost a lot more.

The location is also super convenient — just a short walk from Britomart and the waterfront. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a relaxed dinner, Saigonz is the perfect spot.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food, warm service, and unbeatable value. A true...

Really like the pho here. The broth is flavourful and clear and fresh tasting, especially with the lemon and plenty of herbs. No added artificial flavourings like some other places I've been to, or if there is, I can't taste it - just good drinkable meat broth all the way through.

I've tried the raw beef pho and the regular beef pho, and I would strongly recommend spending the extra $2 for the raw beef pho. The meat is just a lot nicer and more tender, while with the regular beef pho the meat felt a bit dry/just like plain boiled slices of beef.

Also the price is very reasonable for Auckland! $17/$19 for the beef pho/raw beef pho respectively, as of July 2024.

I may try some of the rest of the menu, but since I already like the pho so much,...

came in for a quick bite before a concert, and it’s safe to say i will be coming back whenever i can! Food came really fast, like the fastest it’s ever came at any restaurant i’ve ever been to. I think my family and i were sitting for three minutes before everyone’s food came, delicious and hot. The food was seriously fresh and crispy, clearly very well made and delicious. Everyone really loved their food and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Staff were helpful in pointing out what sauce went with what and so on. This restaurant has definitely been a highlight on this trip! i would recommend the Bahn Xaou (so sorry if i misspelt that!) to anyone it was flavourful and perfectly seasoned. Thanks for a lovely, convenient and...

Only learned today that Saigonz is finally open again for business since this week. I just immediately rushed over to satisfy the year-long craving for their simple yet incredibly tasty Chicken Noodle Soup. The experience starts when the guys place the steaming bowl of goodness in front of you and the fresh fragrance lulls you in. Squeeze in the lemon, add a spritz of sriracha and a splash of chilli oil to your liking (careful, theirs packs a punch). Quick stir and then tuck in. I promise, you won’t regret!!! I pretty much like all their dishes, so more raving to come 😉

Yum yum yummy noodle soup in town.. Me n husband bought beef soup and seafood noodle soup, both are so yummy.. The broth, you can really taste it perfectly.. I have been to few places for Vietnam cuisine but this Saigoinz is the best (so far) Also, the price only $13/noodle soup which is very cheap in compare with some others places that I have been visit. Location is easy to find, right in the centre, they have lots of dining table, so no need to worry could not found a seat.. :-) Really recommended!! PS, since then we became regular costumer here.. :-)
