I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imagine Beach Hotel in Auckland, and it was nothing short of a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of the beach. This review is a solid 5-star salute to the Imagine Beach Hotel, with a special mention of the exemplary service provided by Aishwariya and Bhakti.
The first thing that struck me was the hotel's incredible location. Situated right on the Harbour Front.
Aishwariya and Bhakti, two exceptional members of the hotel's staff, truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their professionalism and customer service were top-notch. Aishwariya welcomed me with a warm smile and ensured that the check-in process was seamless. She provided me with all the information I needed.
Bhakti, on the other hand, catered to my every need during my stay. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. She consistently ensured that my room was immaculate, and her prompt responses to any requests were impressive.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a stunning view of the city. It was well-appointed with all the amenities one could desire, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I can't say enough about the Imagine Beach Hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. Aishwariya and Bhakti's exceptional service stood out, making my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland, and I look forward to returning in the future.
In summary, my stay at Imagine Beach Hotel was nothing short of perfection, deserving every bit of the 5-star rating. Thank you to Aishwariya, Bhakti, and the entire staff for making my visit to Auckland a...
Read moreThink twice before you make a reservation: I was a bit hesitated when I booked this hotel as I saw there were some comments on the air conditioning of the room that was uncontrollable. As this hotel was quite new, I would like to try making a reservation of the room for 3 nights when we had a short stay in Auckland last week in view of the overall good comments given by other customers and cheaper price than the hotels nearby. Just after we had checked in the room and turned on the air conditioning, we couldn’t manage to use the remote control system to adjust to a comfortable room temperature. We started feeling chilly and the wind speed of the air conditioner was found maximum no matter we tried hard to increase to a suitable temperature and speed. It was barely any difference when we changed to a higher temperature even up to 30C and it was still very cold in the room, and same for the fan speed. We had to turn off the air conditioner at the end but we could hardly breathe well. We then asked the hotel to change to another room but they declined our request after waiting for their reply for almost an hour. They’d rather offer us two blankets and even heater after their staff acknowledged that the air conditioner was not working properly. We didn’t expect that the air conditioning was an issue for this quite a new hotel, so we had asked for the cancellation for the remaining 2 nights and get the refund after negotiating with the hotel the other day. We checked out the room the second day and moved to a decent HOTEL nearby as we don’t want to waste anymore time dragging on the air conditioning issue with the hotel. You...
Read more👍 Like my review! We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Imagine Beach Road Hotel in Downtown Auckland Central Business District as our 1st city in New Zealand to celebrate New Year 2025. After an adjacent sidewalk luggage drop off, we were checked in by Ruby in a roomy lobby. The elevators were quick and easy using our key card allowing access only to our floor. Our room was overall clean with a comfortable bed and pillows soaking in tons of sunlight with a modern bathroom and several amenities (e.g. toiletries, lock safe with keypad, plates, bowls, utensils, mugs, glassware, iron, hair dryer, shelf space). We wish there was more bathroom space for our toiletries so we had to be creative around the sink. Bring your power adapter if traveling internationally! Although we didn't watch any local television, we had no issues connecting to their fast WiFi and screencast onto the television our favorite videos. Even with no breakfast and microwave, we started each day with instant coffee or tea using their electric kettle before walking to a nearby eatery, grocery, or shopping district. It was also easy to order a rideshare to avoid parking a vehicle and paying for high parking fees nearby. There is also a paid laundry facility next door or you can get it done by the hotel. The staff and manager were also helpful and consistently took our feedback issues with kindness and understanding. Overall, we would love to stay here again and would recommend it to our...
