"I visited this place recently, and unfortunately, it will be my last visit. I had several services done, and each came with issues that made the experience disappointing:
Language Barrier: The staff seemed to struggle with understanding my requests, which led to miscommunication and frustration.
Eyelash Extensions: I went in for eyelash extensions, and after an hour, I asked how much longer it would take. The technician, who seemed to be a trainee, said 20 more minutes, but the quality was lacking. She stopped halfway, which I only realized at the payment counter when they charged me $69 instead of $79. When I asked about the lower charge, they informed me they had only done a half set and offered for me to come back the next day to complete it. This was not communicated to me earlier, which was frustrating.
Eyebrow Tinting: This part was particularly upsetting. They didn’t shape my eyebrows well, and the tint was a mess. I asked for soap to clean it myself, but even after scrubbing, I didn’t feel comfortable with how it looked. A staff member took photos of my eyebrows afterward—something that would have been more helpful if done before I tried to clean it myself. I was really disappointed, especially since I had an important event coming up.
Hydro Facial: This was the only service that was somewhat okay, though it didn’t stand out. I was crying when i left from there. And they don't apologize
Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone

I had a bad experience the one time I tried it; the beautician wasn't very skilled, and I could feel my eyes being tugged several times during the process. Afterwards, I experienced a strong foreign body sensation in my eyes, and the glue was very irritating. After that, I didn't try it again for many years.
Today, I was very fortunate to meet a highly professional and gentle lash artist, @hlinhhi_, at @rosenails.spa. Before applying the extensions, she carefully cleaned my lashes and used multiple protective tapes on my lower eyelids to prevent the lower lashes from sticking. She took many precautions, unlike other places I've been to where the process felt rushed and uncomfortable. The staff here constantly checked to ensure I was comfortable, and they recommended a suitable length based on my face shape. They designed a natural-looking cat-eye style with shorter lashes at the front and longer ones at the back, which I was thrilled with.
Even when I put on my glasses, the lashes felt comfortable and didn't brush against the lenses. Since I'm nearsighted, wearing glasses can often change the overall look of makeup or lashes, sometimes making them seem awkward. However, mine looked very natural. I highly recommend this place to anyone who, like me, prefers a natural effect and wants to try eyelash extensions. ♥️♥️

Read moreThis nail saloon does a great job. But and it’s a big but they just can’t seem to get that I want to spend as short a time as possible at the nail salon. I want to get my nails done in and out as quickly as possible. I’m sure I’m not the only one in this category. There is no sense of urgency. Also, I keep asking to have two technicians, do my nails. I’m happy to come at times when they are not busy. I’m also perfectly happy to pay extra. My time is much more valuable than the cost. No matter how many times I ask it doesn’t Happen. They might start off with two people working on my Nails but partway through inevitably they take another client and I get left with one nail technician and I’m there for Longer than I want to be. I really wish they’d get their act together on this issue and recognise that we are all busy and some of us want, quick service. it would be great if they met our needs particularly given that I suspect most of their customers are working women racing to get their nails done on a busy workday...
