The worst Pizza Hut in Auckland! Twice in a row I ordered from here and both times the pizza was burnt. When I complained, they told me it's because I asked to have the tomato sauce removed from the topping yet New Lynn and Glen Eden Pizza Hut cook the same pizzas perfectly every time. I then recently ordered home delivery which defaulted to Kelston (I wouldn't have ordered had I known it was Kelston). I ordered before 6:20pm and the delivery time allocated was 7:05pm. I received a message around 7:10pm saying it was about 8 mins away which was ok with me, however it didn’t arrive and after a couple of phone calls, it was finally delivered at 8pm. By this time I had already ordered food elsewhere because my family were hungry and when the pizza arrived, it was cold. No communication whatsoever that it was going to be pretty much an hour late. My order started off really bad. I ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to get to me. Apparently caused by a massive stuff up in another pizza order that caused delay. I called in and the young guy on the phone was good he gave me updates on what was happening and thanked me for my understanding. The delivery driver Hemant was brilliant, he explained the cause for the delays and also explained as a gesture of goodwill he convinced the manager to help me get extra free stuff in my order. I initially ordered a pizza and an ice cream. They gave me an additional 3 sides, free of charge, as an apology.

Never arrived. Rang store next day. Get a flippant ‘sorry’. Manager promised to email head office to give refund. 3 weeks later I call store. Once again, another manager with same excuses, once again expecting me to physically go pickup my refund like the 1st manager I spoke with in this fiasco. This time he also tried to short-change me in my refund!! It SADDENS me that ALL your staff, but in particular the MANAGERS, who are supposed to represent the head office, simply just do NOT CARE about your customers. PIZZA HUT...
