We went to this agency and booked paragliding in Cusco area. We made a reservation and agreed to pay the day before we fly (as weather can be predicted much better). The day we wanted to pay the store was closed all day - we went three times throughout the day, nobody was there. Later that day we by coincidence saw a person who worked in the store and he called the guy who is organizing everything. We talked to him and agreed to be picked up next day 8:30. The day we wanted to fly store was closed again. At 9 the lady who ownes the agency opened up - when we entered she was extremely unfriendly and told us that we should have paid in advance.
