Our ferry was cancelled and we were in need for a room. Walked in and got a deluxe room at 3600++ Piso. The room was spacious and clean, shower was clean, hot water was disrupted once every 2-3 mins but the water was strong. Room wasn’t very soundproofed as we could hear guests walking and talking when they passed by. The hotel is located in the middle of the town center so there are many options for restaurants and bars around. You can easily find tour companies to arrange island hopping or diving tours. Many bike rental places nearby too. We also love beach front view. Oh and there’s a hotel car called Micky.

It is a typical beach front hotel in El Nido. The room is OK for me since I am out all day. Bed sheets and towels are so worn out(they need to replace them). The AC is not sufficient, and power goes out a few hrs every nites in El Nido. Fortunately, they have a huge generator to cover those dark hrs. I recommend this hotel if you like the view and location. IMO, El Nido is not worth the hype for its beauty... Coron is nicer for island hopping, but El Nido is really for nite life...lot of bars and clubs (I do go to Philippines for the water and reefs, though).

PRO: Great front desk staff, will do whats you ask them. Safe and on the water. Second floor rooms are awesome BUT cost a lot more than main floor rooms. ||The property is located on the beach, this is great, safe also. ||||CONS: We requested two rooms, one family (rm #1) and one double (rm #5). The family room water heater barely worked it also leaked, the room smell musty (mold) and smelled like an open sewer, lots of ants and mosquito. The manager did not want to talk to us face to face regarding relocating to another family room but instead offered an upgrade to the second floor with an up-charge. Allegedly all family rooms on the main floor were taken but the second floor rooms were premium rooms. Occupants of rm #1 stayed for 4 days and tolerated the nasty smell of the room. The double room (rm 3) AC was warm and noisy, the toilet flushed once and did not fill back up with water. We were moved to an adjacent room (rm 5) but it also smelled like sewer and the AC did not work, the celing fan was noisy. After lots of negotiations with the front desk personnel and lots of telephone calls between the manager (who never showed up) and front desk staff, we were move to the second floor free of charge, it was a great room. Thank you front desk staff. ||||TIP in selecting rooms: DO NOT BOOK a room on the first floor, they are below standards unless you do not care about noisy and warm AC system, noisy ceiling fan and rooms smelling like sewer and mold with some ants and...

We arrived December 30th for a week’s stay in one of the rooms with the jacuzzi tub on the balcony. We were given room 202 and on the first night we noticed the room safe was locked so we couldn’t store valuables and also the jacuzzi didn’t work. The front desk said the people in 201 were leaving the next day and we could move into that room. The next day we moved over and since then everything has been great. The hotel itself is right in the center of town with Saya bar to our left and Pukka bar to our right. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about unless the reviewers are expecting a western hotel in the middle of a small beach town. |Notes: hot water is a solar system on the roof... want a hot shower? Wait until 3pm|The jacuzzi tub will take 60 minutes to fill... start the water and go get a beer or two ;)|Even though the bars are close by you don’t hear anything unless you’re out...

DirtyDirtyDirty Unfortunately we booked the hotel for 4 nights 😖 in the website and also here in Google maps it looks perfect, also we booked the most expensive room, we paid 80€ to get jacuzzi on the balcony. Anyway everything was disgusting! The crew are trying to do the less they can do, the room was dirty so much! Cold shower and so much dirt in the toilet and the shower. We thought that at least we have the jacuzzi to rest there, but also this, was so much dirty and didn't really work.. To fill the jacuzzi took so long.. Around 3 hours. The aircon not really an aircon, more like generator, so loud and sticky air. The reception is not a really reception, it's kind of a living room with a big family, that always there and making so much noise, the TV on full volume and so many children shouting and running around! Anyway, do not book here, search a different hotel,...
