Kim and Shaina took such great care of Charlie, ensuring he was comfortable and well looked after the entire time. They sent us regular updates via Viber, complete with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind.

The staffs are incredibly friendly and accommodating—especially Ms. Kim, who always goes above and beyond. You can even request a video call during the day if you're missing your pet, which brings great peace of mind. They also offer additional services to pamper your pet, ensuring they feel loved and comfortable throughout their stay.
