Vivant Flats — Local services in Muntinlupa

I stayed in this building on 2nd floor. I'm not sure why others find the security guards rude, because I have never seen such "polite and always smiling" than these security guards before. I am a strong believer of "you reap what you sow"-- so if you're rude and you're acting you're above these security guards, then do not expect to have a good treatment. I never had any problem with those guards, it doesn't matter who is sitting at the front desk or working around the building, they're always ready to help and accommodate you. They're always talking politely with a smile on their faces.

Some people act like they're the owner of the building, you're not! You probably own just one unit, maximum 2, or maybe you're just a tenant for a week or two, but you're acting arrogantly, then you will get the same treatment as you treat other people.

I have been to different countries, and I recognise rudeness when I see it. When you treat people with respect, they will respect you back.

So instead of complaining about other people, start checking yourself first. See how you behave, the way you talk and the tone...

It’s a nice condo but I wont live here again. Idk why security men are so grumpy and not enthusiastic. I lost 1 blanket when hanging in balcony and they didnt have camera to check where it fell down but when i hung clothe in the AC (taller than what they allow, the next day i got fine with camera pictures). One time i was showering and water suddenly became totally black, i called them to fix and it took 1 day, they said “i’m the only one who COMPLAIN”. For those who like to live out of the real world, Vivant's flats is situated in a preserved area with a nice park down the building. In this zone you can hardly see somebody walk in the street, which is very weird in the Philippines. Thus the place is very safe, and convenient being 5 mins away (walking!) from a modern mall.
