I had been visiting many chowking branches and sad to say this is the first time i am really disappointed. I visited their festival mall branch near river park around 16:45pm. Considering the volume of customers since this is sunday, i only saw two(2) food server that also happened to be a busboy. The service was sadly poor and the food as you can see in the picture was noy really appetizing. I was raising my hand for around 1 minute already yet nobody noticed it. Until one service crew named Vincent attends to my need who happened to make rounds on the entire store serving customer (where are the others?what is the manager doing to let this happen to his/her store). I hope the management team of this area can do something to resolve this incompetent service and can provide better assistance to your customers instead of standing in the corner...

now nirepeat nya ang order pero the way he talk is akala mo sya ang general manager and kahit naman gen manager hindi siguro kayang gawin sa harap ng customer yon now nag total na ang bill 200+ and i was shocked pero naisip ko a siguro dahil sa steemed siomai kasi i dont have any idea how much the price is. I paid may kulang pako sukli 17 pesos to follow nalang daw , ok sige naupo nako sa table and after 10mins ready na ang order ko
nagulat na naman ako at bakit two bowls of chaofan ang orders ko???????? kaya pala malaki ang bill ko at isa pa yung sa pineapple juice hindi kona yon inorder napailing nga ako e now hindi nako nag aksaya ng oras para mag reklamo dahil may lakad pako iti nakeout ko nalang yung isang chaofan top with siomai kasi diko naman mauubos ang dalwang bowl ng chao fan and unang una isang chaofan lang inorder ko FYI sir SHERWIN, nag ask ako kung meron ba kayong steemed siomai lang and nag yes ka
