The hotel A and A Quezon City is part of the Amarah & Aiome Residences. It's a modern fairly new hotel, but it's overpriced and poorly run. The reception is on the 23rd floor along with the rooftop swimming pool. But this is residential building in the hotel rooms are only on the 8th floor so you don't get any good views or anything The facilities are antiquated and they wanted 2,000 peso deposit but they don't even accept credit cards, this is so outdated and antiquated. The rooms are adjacent size and there is a sofa and a desk with a chair and a large LCD TV with an extremely poor selection of internet channels with appallingly bad reception. There is a bar fridge and staying coffee making facilities but there is little else on offer. They Do Not provide: Dental kits Slippers Face washers Hand towels No spare toilet rolls Bathrobes Room service Ice The bathroom is a reasonable size, but the shower has very weak water pressure which is pathetic in a new hotel. There is no soundproofing you can hear everyone talking in the hallway, and you can hear straight noise cause and people outside on the street, so if you're a light sleepy you won't get much sleep. Also the fire system lot is like a screw block in the room and lights up the whole room at night it's very annoying and so bright it is ridiculous There is no restaurant, no breakfast options, and no balconies. It is located is in a vibrant part of Quezon City where there are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets available. Housekeeping is disgraceful and non-existent. Not once during my stay did they come and makeup my room, change the sheets, replace the towels or replenish anything. So this is highly overpriced for the lack of service provided. Overall the hotel is modern and comfort is not bad but with terrible shower water pressure, terrible housekeeping, and lack of anything being provided it's grossly overpriced for what you get

The building is very modern and luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool is just amazing, the sunset is magical from the pool. The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive. The beds are very comfortable. It definitely worths the money. However, you can hear every little sound in the room. You can hear the elevator crystal clear. Furthermore, first we thought the windows were open because the traffic noise was so loud. But all the windows were closed. So, if you are a light sleeper definitely bring a pair of earplugs.

Modern rooms, overpriced for what is on offer. Shower water pressure is not good. TV with terrible little amount of channels. They don't give dental kits, face washers, slippers, bathrobes, and they don't have breakfast or room service. They don't make up your room. They don't have rooms on floors above level 8. All the rest are residential apartments.

Their way too loud house music woke me at 4am! Advised Receptionist but was told their Admin Control will be able to lower the noise by 8am: when their Admin arrives. So I was not able to get back to sleep anymore. Also note there are no plates and utensils in the room. The local TV remote in my room has a problem: its TV Channel keys do not function properly. Their Staff would noisily chat and banter carelessly at the hallways. This hotel needs more room for improvement: most especially to be mindful of the unnecessary noise...
