If there is something that Tomas Morato need to have is a chill place to drink. The usual drinking places around the area is pretty noisy and you do not even wanna talk because everything is just so loud. And the bad thing is, this area cannot sustain the drinkers that are more adventurous and does have a hate relationship with commercial beers already. The drinkers now are looking for something that is handcrafted and not to mention, well-curated.
And that's what After Hours make a stand-out -- aside from the really really good vibe and great music inside, the first thing you would notice is the bar and the bottles on display. And to your right is the neon lights and chill couches.
Entering the said place is not intimidating 'coz you would surely have reasons to stay to either eat or drink or both. They got some beers, whiskey, cocktails, mocktails, wines, barchows and a lot more. But the highlight of my visit would be the following: An ambiance that you could consider as an extension of your living room. The chairs are so comfy and homey. Them having a Jack Estate M-R Series Pink Moscato not a lot of places offers this Fruity Moscato which actually suits every type of food that After Hours serves. If you like to drink something that is alcoholic yet for a short time only, this drink is for you. BBQ Beef Pockets the texture of the wonton pockets is well done, as it could support the meat inside and not to mention, even if its already cold, you could still enjoy it without getting hints of oiliness and crumby wonton wrappers. Buffalo Style Chicken Poppers as someone who likes a kick of spice but not too much, this is a surprise 'coz while I do not contain myself from eating a lot, I could enjoy the tenderness of the meat. Beef Salpicao their Salpicao got a balanced taste of garlic -- not overpowering the beef itself. There are also mushroom buttons at the dish as it gives more flavor. Lastly, the meat was really tender and...

It was only around 12:10AM when we first got our food, which were the TRUFFLE ARANCINI (Mind you, an appetizer). Good tasting but does not really give big impact of flavors
Got the next food SINIGANG RISSOTTO. Bold flavors, fair portion to price ratio, at least our wait was somewhat worth it.
The PORKCHOPS were decent, great plating, flavors although somewhat lacking, but I'll take it for its price point of 500+ peso.
The BIRRIA TACOS, this was the biggest flop of our night. Its taste is nowhere near with the other birria I had, and I had a fair share of many birrias out there, small time or big time establishments.
Ordered the PARALUMAN drink, It DID NOT disappoint, has some nice kick to it and fruity flavors complemented my palette well.
The KEY LIME PIE, not much to say, other than the plating is nice, a little bit on the sweeter side to my tastes.
To summarize: The place did not disappoint, if you're looking to have a fun time hanging out with friends, this is a good place to have some leisurely conversation. HOWEVER, I may not suggest coming up here to have a meal as waiting times (as I experienced and the reviews suggest) were really long (took 1 hour). You may just end up being upset with a grumpy tummy and mind. Will surely comeback for their other drinks along with my friends (Unfortunately not anytime soon for the food service unless resolved).
Was very close to expressing my disappointment if it wasn't for the heartfelt apology...

I recently visited After Hours Bar, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere is incredible – stylish yet comfortable, with just the right mix of energy and relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
The cocktail menu is a true standout, with innovative drinks that taste as amazing as they look. I had this drink that the bartender gave as a complement drink and it was so good, which was expertly crafted and packed with flavor. They also have a fantastic selection of local beers and wines if you’re in the mood for something more casual.
The vibe is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re out with friends, on a date, or just looking for a place to unwind. Plus, the music was on point – not too loud, but still upbeat enough to set the mood.
Overall, a top-notch spot for anyone looking to enjoy great drinks, good company, and a memorable experience. I can’t...
